I have over 15 years in the banking industry. I have held positions in various aspects of the industry, including retail, wholesale, operations, and training and development. I believe in building strong teams through leadership, and educating employees based on their unique learning styles. I also have experience in Bookkeeping and Recruiting. I have owned my own Virtual Business Bookkeeping firm since 2022, and I also have worked as a Virtual Assistant prior to that. Both of these positions, I was the Owner/Operator. I was working in a Virtual capacity even prior to Covid, so I have had many years working remotely.
