Growing up in the North Carolina foothills, I've always been a hard worker with a passion for travel. My family vacations always explore new places; I love discovering the beauty of our world. As a child, my parents couldn't afford travel, so as an adult, I prioritized showing my mother places she'd never seen. For instance, at age 70, she'd never seen the ocean! (My parents were older when I was born, so travel was limited except for visits to my grandmother.) After establishing my career in healthcare, I finally took her to the beach. She's since passed, but I'm fulfilling my promise to see the world for both of us. Now a travel agent, I help others explore the world on a budget. I especially love Carnival Cruise Line, with destinations like the stunning Grand Turk and the crystal-clear waters of Princess Cays. Hawaii is my dream destination; hopefully, I'll visit soon.
