I entered the industry in 2001, cutting my teeth in Human Resources and Benefits at the legendary Hotel Casinos along the Colorado River in Laughlin, Nevada. From my start at the River Palms to earning my stripes as Hotel Manager at the Golden Nugget Laughlin, I learned early that exceptional experiences don't happen by accident — they're built through listening, anticipating, and caring about the details.
That same philosophy carried me to Lake Havasu City, Arizona, where I helped open the world-renowned HEAT Hotel and now serve as Director of Operations for a large Humane Society and Veterinary Center. At home, I share my life with my husband Steve and our three spirited Doberman Pinschers.
